In short: Browsing and buying are free. Selling is free within limits in most categories. From January 1, 2027, Vehicles and Property have a posting fee. Paid plans and boosts give sellers more tools and visibility, and boosted listings are always labeled.
1. What's free
- Browsing, saving listings, chatting and calling sellers. Masio never charges buyers.
- Posting listings within the Free plan limits for each category (see Pricing), except Vehicles and Property, which have a posting fee on every plan (section 3).
- Verification (all levels).
2. Seller plans

Billing and renewal
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- We email you 7 days before an annual renewal.
- You can cancel any time in Seller dashboard → Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
- If you cancel within 7 days of first buying an annual plan, and you haven't used any Featured credits, you get a full refund.
- Otherwise fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where Masio ends your plan without a policy breach.
Downgrades
- If you move to a plan with lower limits, your newest listings stay active up to the new limit. The rest are paused, not deleted.
3. Posting fees for Vehicles and Property
Vehicles and Property are high-value categories. To keep them free of fake listings, every listing in these categories carries a posting fee on every plan, starting January 1, 2027.

- Each paid listing stays live for 30 days. Renewing costs the fee for your current plan.
- If we reject your listing before it goes live, we refund the fee.
- If your listing is removed for breaking our policies, or you sell early, the fee isn't refunded.
- Active listing limits still apply. See Pricing.
- Boosts are charged separately. Featured credits from your plan can't be used to pay posting fees.
4. Boosts

Boosted listings always carry a "Featured" or "Top" label so buyers know they're paid placements. Boosts don't change a listing's rating or badge. Boost credits expire at the end of the month they're issued. Listings that break our policies can be removed even while boosted, without a refund.
5. Listing limits
Each plan has a maximum number of active listings per category, and per subcategory for Fashion (Men's, Women's, Kids'). The limits on Pricing take effect January 1, 2027. If we lower a limit, listings that are already live stay live until they expire. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice.
6. How we rank listings
Unboosted search results are ranked by how well a listing matches the search, how recent it is, how complete the listing is (photos, details), and the seller's verification and response rate. Homepage collections are limited to 2 listings per seller per carousel, so no single seller dominates.
7. Changes to prices
We give at least 30 days' notice of price increases by email and in the seller dashboard. Increases apply from your next renewal.
