Using Masio
By accessing Masio, you agree to these terms and the marketplace policies linked in the service. You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and use Masio only where you are legally able to enter the relevant transaction.
Marketplace role
Masio helps buyers discover listings and contact sellers. Unless a Masio feature clearly says otherwise, the buyer and seller—not Masio—decide whether to transact and are responsible for product descriptions, condition, price, delivery, returns, warranties, taxes, and compliance with applicable law.
Listings and conduct
You must not:
- publish unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, deceptive, or stolen items;
- misrepresent identity, ownership, condition, price, or availability;
- harass users, send spam, manipulate reviews, or evade enforcement;
- upload content you do not have the right to use; or
- interfere with Masio, scrape it abusively, or attempt unauthorized access.
You grant Masio permission to host, display, resize, and distribute listing content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You keep ownership of your content.
Payments and promotions
Permitted payments for marketplace goods or services may be processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Provider fees, reversals, verification, and settlement rules may apply.
Paid digital listing boosts are not offered for purchase in the Google Play version of Masio. Zero-cost promotion packages may still be available. If Masio later offers paid digital features in that version, the purchase flow will be introduced only through a Play-compliant billing method.
Safety and enforcement
Masio may review or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce policies, or comply with law. Users remain responsible for checking items and counterparties before exchanging money or goods.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Masio reliable, but features may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Masio is provided without a guarantee that every listing, seller, buyer, message, or transaction is accurate, available, or risk-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Closing an account
You may request account deletion in the app or through the public deletion resource. Obligations connected to completed transactions, disputes, safety, or retained legal records may continue after account closure.
Contact and changes
Kay52Plus Holdings may update these terms as Masio evolves. Material changes will be communicated when required. Questions can be sent to hello@masiomarket.com.
