Understanding Masio seller verification
There are three badges, each showing what you've proved:
| Badge | You provide | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Phone verified | A code sent to your number | Instant (needed to post) |
| ID verified | Ghana Card + a live selfie | Usually minutes |
| Business verified | Registration certificate or assembly permit + Ghana Card + shop location | Up to 5 business days (2 on paid plans) |
It's free. It can't be bought, and it can be removed for fraud or false documents. Buyers can tap your badge to see what was checked and when.
