What you'll do: Post 5 listings that look professional and get inquiries.
For each listing
- Photos (4–10): real item, daylight, plain background. Front, back, sides, labels and any wear. First photo: the whole item, centered.
- Title: Brand + model + key spec + condition. ✅ "HP EliteBook 840 G5, Core i5, 8GB/256GB, UK used". ❌ "Laptop 4 sale".
- Category: the most specific one that fits.
- Condition: be honest: Brand new / Like new / Used, good / Used, fair / For parts.
- Price: check similar listings on Masio first. Check Negotiable if you're open to offers.
- Details: fill every field (brand, model, size, color, storage, etc.). Buyers filter by these.
- Description: 3–5 lines: what it is, condition, what's included, delivery or pickup, warranty.
Don't
- use photos from the internet for used items
- put your phone number in photos
- post the same item twice
- fake a "% off" discount
Plan limits: from January 1, 2027, each category has a listing limit on your plan. On the Free plan, for example, you get 10 in each Fashion section but 3 in Phones & Computers. Vehicles and Property have a posting fee. If you hit a limit before 5, that's fine: post as many as your plan allows. See limits
Pro tip: List your 5 *best-selling* products first, not the slow ones. Early chats and reviews will lift everything else.
