Before you submit
- Enter the email address or phone number used for your account.
- Masio will verify that you control the account.
- After verification, Masio will process the deletion and tell you when it is complete or whether a limited record must be retained.
Submitting this form does not immediately erase the account. This protects users from unauthorized deletion requests. The response is intentionally the same whether or not an account is found.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes or de-identifies the account profile, active listings, saved activity, notification tokens, and other personal data that is no longer required to run or secure the service.
Masio may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, and legal records for as long as those purposes require. Retained records are restricted from ordinary marketplace use and deleted or de-identified when the applicable purpose ends.

If the form is unavailable, email hello@masiomarket.com from the account email and include “Masio account deletion” in the subject.
