We've rewritten our policies so they're clear and complete, and added tools to keep Masio safe.
- Free verification for every seller. Phone, ID and Business verified badges. Badges can't be bought, and we remove them when needed. How it works
- Report button everywhere. Report a listing, seller, review or message. Our safety team reviews reports within 1 business day.
- Honest reviews. Only buyers who've contacted a seller can review them. Reviews policy
- Full policies, including a prohibited items list and returns rules.
