Seller Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all sellers and storefront owners using Masio Market. Please read them carefully before you create your store or list products.

2. Seller Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date at all times.
3. Your Seller Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Storefronts and Listings
You may create storefronts and list products that comply with our policies. You agree to provide accurate descriptions, pricing and all required information.
5. Fees and Payments
Masio Market may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be communicated clearly. Funds may be held, reserved or released based on our payment terms.
6. Seller Responsibilities
You agree to provide excellent customer service, fulfill orders on time, communicate professionally and comply with applicable laws and Masio Market policies.

7. Prohibited Items and Activities
You must not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, unsafe or misleading products and services.
8. Orders and Fulfillment
Confirm orders, accurately communicate availability and fulfill agreed pickup or delivery terms.

State your return terms clearly and honor agreements with buyers.
10. Intellectual Property

Do not manipulate reviews or pressure buyers to submit false ratings.

Masio may restrict accounts that breach these terms or create marketplace risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
Masio provides marketplace tools but is not the seller of products listed by users.

You are responsible for claims arising from your listings, conduct or breach.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
